FAQ

Where is the event, and when should I arrive?

The evening has two parts. A pre-cocktail reception for winners and their guests is held at JUMP (18 Wellington St W, Toronto), starting at 5:00 PM. You're welcome to arrive any time between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. The reception isn't mandatory, but we'd love to celebrate with you before the ceremony. When you arrive, JUMP staff will show you to our private space, where canapés, light bites, and the bar are available throughout.

The awards ceremony takes place at TD Tower Wellington (66 Wellington St W, Toronto), on the 54th floor. Doors open at 6:30 PM — if you're skipping the reception, please join us here. The program begins at 7:00 PM, so please arrive by then. If you're running late, award presentations start around 7:25 PM, after opening formalities. The evening wraps up around 9:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel your most confident. That looks different for everyone, but a good rule of thumb is business formal, or what you'd wear to a formal event like a wedding.

Is food and drink provided?

Yes — food and drinks are provided at both JUMP and TD Tower throughout the evening. We've accounted for dietary restrictions at both venues, with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available. Both venues have an open bar, and bar staff will ID anyone who appears underage.

Are the venues accessible?

Yes. Both venues have gender-neutral and accessible washrooms on site, and our team is available throughout the evening to assist. JUMP has an elevator accessible from Wellington Street. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can make sure everything is in place.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes — there are several parking options downtown near TD Tower Wellington, along Wellington Street and King Street. Let us know if you'd like help finding a spot.

Is there coat check?

Yes, coat check is available at both JUMP and TD Tower Wellington.
