Molly Pascoe is a research scientist and graduate researcher specializing in experimental psychology, with a focus on neurodiversity, autism, and gender diversity. They are currently affiliated with the University of Toronto and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where their work explores the intersection of clinical psychology, identity, and mental health support. 

Their research combines rigorous data analysis with a strong commitment to improving neuro-affirming care and understanding lived experiences within clinical populations. Alongside their academic work, Molly brings experience in client-facing support roles, including intake coordination and service navigation, where they help individuals and families access appropriate mental health resources. 

Molly is also passionate about translating research into real-world impact, ensuring that scientific insights meaningfully inform care practices and community support systems. They are known for their empathetic, thoughtful approach and dedication to inclusive, evidence-based practice.
