Stephanie Lue Kim

Stephanie’s vocational experience has been in group insurance as well as health and wellness.  Her current job at Mercer consulting firm, allows her to bring both areas together to support the development of well-being and disability programs, with a special focus on mental health and marginalized populations.   Stephanie leads the DEI task force within the Health team at Mercer, which focuses on promoting health equity through employer benefits and health programs. 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Sociology at McMaster University, GBA (Group Benefit Associate) and various certifications in the health and fitness industry.
