Kareen Onyeaju, CCIP™ (She/Her), is the EDI Partnerships Manager at Fasken, where she leads initiatives that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion across the legal profession. With a strong focus on building meaningful partnerships and fostering inclusive practices, she collaborates with internal teams and external organizations to create impactful programs and events. As a Certified Canadian Inclusion Professional (CCIP™) with over eight years of experience in EDI-focused work, she brings expertise in developing strategies that promote belonging and cultural awareness within corporate and community settings.
