As a strategic leader at CPA Ontario, Jennifer's portfolio spans equity, diversity, inclusion as well as corporate and community partnerships for the 120,000 CPAs and CPA students across the province.

Jennifer is driving the future of Ontario's CPA profession through initiatives aimed to make the profession reflective of the communities that they serve and foster an environment where everyone can thrive. Through her partnerships portfolio, Jennifer leads CPA Ontario's corporate and community partnerships to ensure it advances topics critical to the profession and delivers value to stakeholders. Under her leadership, CPA Ontario earned Diversio's Workplace Impact Award in 2023.

As a CPA herself, Jennifer is proud to be an example of an amazing career journey that can be unlocked through the CPA designation and the positive impact that one can make. Volunteering has always been a passion of Jennifer's and in 2024, she was honoured to be the recipient of the Queen's University Alumni Association's Marsha Lampman Volunteer Award in recognition of her outstanding dedication and service to the Queen's community.
