As a Principal at Mercer Canada, I’m proud to serve Canadians as a Client Manager and Commercial Strategist. I specialize in partnering with organizations to navigate people strategies in an environment of heightened risks and volatility. Leading the Canadian Strategic Bid Centre, I oversee a team that delivers strategic RFP support to consultants nationwide, implementing best practices to elevate client experiences and advance our national Commercial strategy.

Creating an inclusive workplace culture is a personal passion. As the former Global Co-Chair of Mercer's Pride Business Resource Group, I promoted engagement with the LGBTQ+ community and fostered safe spaces for authenticity at work.

I am currently enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Toronto and hold a Dual Degree from the University of British Columbia and Sciences Po Paris.
