Leyla Shahid

Leyla Shahid (she/her) has been mainstreaming equity and inclusion in public policy, social impact, and organisational cultures for over a decade with partners in domestic and international governments, private sector and civil society. Her work is grounded in participatory methodologies that value diverse lived experiences, transparency, and emotional, relational intelligence. Leyla has a B.A. and M.A. from Carleton University.
