Justin Sahota

Justin Sahota is the Director of Inclusion & Belonging at Compass Group Canada, where he leads efforts to strengthen how the organization serves people across roles, identities and lived experiences. Educated in genetics and philosophy at Western University, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and over the past 10 years built his expertise spanning ESG, operations, technology, and inclusion. Currently, Justin advances the organization’s Inclusion strategy, to drive meaningful impact in gender equity, mental health, neurodiversity, 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities via policies, practices, and everyday ways of working within a hospitality environment. 

Justin identifies as queer and is of South Asian descent. 

Outside of his role, he is drawn to art, travel, dancing, and writing—interests that keep him curious, reflective, and connected to people and places.
