Marco Castelli

In managing the overall operation of our Student Program in Toronto, Marco oversees recruitment, in-firm orientation, training, integration, mentoring and performance evaluation for summer and articling students. He also regularly liaises with law schools and the Law Society on student-related requirements and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Marco is a member of the Toronto Student Committee. Outside of the firm, he is actively involved in inclusion-related initiatives, including co-founding the Canadian Association of LGBTQ2S+ Lawyers and the Prisme 2SLGBTQ+ Law Conference. Prior to joining Davies, Marco practised at the Toronto office of a prominent Canadian law firm, following which he worked as in-house counsel at a Canadian wealth and asset manager.
